What BMC bike size is right for me?
Everybody, regardless of weight and height, is different. Your inseam-to-height ratio, the length of your arms, the size of your torso, etc. all factor into determining the correct sizing of a bike: our size guide is a great tool to start with.
BMC highly suggests that you don't simply rely on our sizing charts, but also seek professional guidance and recommendations from your local BMC retailer. Buying a BMC is an investment in your riding experience, ensure your ride is a great one by making sure you've been provided with a proper sized bike.

How much does Direct to Consumer delivery cost?
A shipping and handling fee of 7 €/10 CHF is charged on any order below 150 €/CHF, free shipping applies to orders above 150 €/CHF.How much does Click and Collect delivery cost?
Click and Collect is a free service offered by BMC and our retailers. There are no additional costs for the delivery or assembly of a bike, but other services in addition to the assembly of the bike or additional products can be purchased directly from the BMC retailer. BMC is not involved in these additional sales.What happens if I want to cancel my order or return a product?
You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after delivery.
To cancel your order, you must contact our service team through our contact form to get a return authorization.
Products must be returned new, unridden, with no mark of usage or damages.
Print and complete the return form.

If you wish to return or cancel your Click and Collect order, contact the retailer you chose as your collection point and they will advise on how to proceed with the return process.
Purchase Options
Which purchase options do I have for buying BMC products?
There are three options for buying BMC products:
1. Riders in selected countries (see list below) can now order selected BMC products such as apparel, spare parts and fit components online and have them delivered to wherever they want. The Direct to Consumer service offers most of the BMC inventory available on a 24/7 basis.2. In selected countries bikes can be ordered via our Click and Collect service. It's as simple as any other online transaction. The only difference is that we ship your bicycle to your chosen local BMC retailer for professional assembly and setup.
3. We sell our products through our independent BMC retailer network. Our retailers provide you with products, advice, service, and support. Please use the Shop Finder to find the BMC Retailer nearest to you.
P2P
What is P2P?
P2P (Position to Perform) is a brand-new program focused on the individual needs of riders. Customers have the option to choose their favourite cockpit configuration on selected modules and complete bikes.How does P2P work?
On selected modules, customer have the option to chose their preferred cockpit (style and fit) as well as seatpost offset. On selected complete bikes, customers can configure the cockpit size.
Topcones and spacer configurations are included in the shipment and automatically selected based on the stem or cockpit configuration.Which bikes are available with P2P?
For now, P2P focuses on the core of BMC’s performance product range: Teammachine SLR01 and Roadmachine 01 modules, as well as Teammachine SLR 01 ONE, TWO, THREE and Roadmachine 01 ONE complete bikes.What P2P options are available?
Teammachine SLR 01 and Roadmachine 01 modules can be configured with these cockpits: ICS Carbon (any color and size), ICS2 / RCB01 Carbon Handlebar, ICS Aero / ICS Aero Handlebar, ICS01 0° / RCB01 Carbon Handlebar. Seatpost offset can be selected from 0mm, 15mm and 30mm.
On P2P complete bikes Teammachine SLR 01 ONE, TWO, THREE and Roadmachine 01 ONE, you can chose stem length and handlebar width of the ICS Carbon Cockpit. The cockpit color is based on the model.

What is the lead time between my order and the delivery of my product?
Your order will be processed at the best possible speed. In general, your parcel will leave our warehouse 3 days after your order is placed and be delivered within 3 days.

BMC bikes in Switzerland can be ordered online and collected from the local BMC dealer. The Click and Collect service offers all the benefits of online shopping combined with the personal contact and service of a specialist dealer.
Our Click and Collect program serves the growing need for flexible shopping solutions while making more BMC bikes easily and quickly available. For a limited time, all bikes offered through Click and Collect will be delivered with FREE SHIPPING.
How much does Click and Collect delivery cost?

Once you have decided on a product, follow these steps to complete the purchase:
Step 1: Choose the size and model of your chosen bike.
Step 2: Go to the shopping cart.
Step 3: Enter name and shipping information.
Step 4: Use the map and drop-down menu to find a BMC retailer near you.
Step 5: Enter your payment information and complete your order.
Step 6: The bike will be delivered to the retailer you selected in Step 4.
Once the retailer receives your bike, they will take care of the assembly and contact you to schedule a pick-up. Both you and your retailer will receive a purchase confirmation and tracking information so you can always stay up to date.Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, all Click and Collect orders must be paid upfront at the checkout.
Can I have the order delivered to any location?
A Click and Collect order can be delivered to any BMC retailer listed in the order process as possible delivery address.
Once a retailer is selected, the delivery address cannot be changed.What happens in the event of a warranty claim?
The BMC retailer where you pick up the bike is your first point of contact to help you with the process.
What is the lead time between my order and picking up my new bike?
Your order will be processed as fast as possible. In general, your bike will leave our warehouse no later than three days after your order and will be delivered to the selected BMC retailer within 48 hours. The retailer has 3 business days to schedule an appointment with you, which must take place within 5 business days after delivery of your bike.
Can someone else pick up my bike from the retailer?
For safety reasons and to ensure the best riding experience with your new bike, you must be personally present when you pick up your new bike. The retailer can check your ID upon request to ensure that the person picking up the bike is also the one who purchased it.

A quick glance at our catalog will reveal a very wide and diverse range of bikes. Likewise, many bike shops specialize in specific types of bikes and rider needs. Some shops carry more mountain bikes, others are road-centric. Availability
What does availabilty refer to?
You can only purchase bikes which are in stock at the time of your order. If you can add your chosen bike to the basket and check out, it will be dispatched to your selected BMC dealer within 3-4 working days. At this stage of the program we are unable to offer pre-order functionality.Can I buy a BMC frame only?
We offer frameset versions of different platforms. The best overview is provided by our website, which reflects the current range on offer.Is it possible to buy the bikes the pro teams have used at the end of the season?
The pro teams' bikes are not for sale.
