Bikes can be ordered from our Click and Collect service, any other products available in our range can be delivered directly to the address of your choice.

Riders in selected countries (see list below) can now order qualifying BMC products online on a 24/7 basis and get them delivered to their chosen address in the covered area.

    • How much does Direct to Consumer delivery cost?

      • A shipping and handling fee of €7.00/CHF10.00 is charged for any order below 150€/CHF, free shipping applies to orders above 150€/CHF.
    • Do I need to pay upfront?

      • Yes, all orders must be paid online at the checkout.
    • Can I get my order delivered anywhere?

      • Orders can be delivered to any valid address within the region supported by the Direct to Consumer service.
    • What happens in the event of a warranty claim?

    • What happens if I want to cancel my order or return a product?

      • You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days after delivery.
      • To cancel your order, you must contact our service to get a return authorization via our contact form.
      • Product must be returned new, unridden, with no mark of usage or any damage.

BMC reserves its right to refuse a cancellation if the product is not returned in perfect condition. Should returned products need any form of repair or replacing parts, the resulting costs or any further expenses in connection with the returned product are to be carried by the customer.

  • What is the lead time between my order and the delivery of my products?

    • Your order will be processed at the best possible speed. In general, your parcel will leave our warehouse 3 days after your order is placed and be delivered within 3 days.
