A New BMC Fourstroke For The Biggest Event Of The Season6. September 2018, Lenzerheide, Switzerland — Melanie Leveau — MTB Team
The four riders of the BMC Mountain Bike Racing Team will race the 2018 UCI Mountain Bike World Championships in Lenzerheide aboard the new BMC Fourstroke.
What a week for the BMC MTB racing Team! Adding to the excitement of racing World Championships on home soil, BMC Switzerland just revealed their new full-suspension race bike that the riders will be first to ride.
The Fourstroke is a purpose-designed race machine. Every element of its structure is crafted to optimize speed, save seconds, and keep riders ahead of the pack. The all-new Race Application Dropper Seatpost (RAD) ensures that its fast and smooth adjustments maximize power and control whatever the gradient, allowing a more dynamic ride. The revised Big Wheel Concept Race (BWC) geometry has evolved to embody the progressive riding style our athletes will display this weekend in Lenzerheide.
Because Every Second Matters, the BMC Fourstroke of the BMC Racing Team is equipped with the best equipment only:
- New Shimano XTR Groupset
- FOX suspensions (32 Float Step Cast Fox and Fox Float DPS Shock)
- Vittoria tires (Mezcal and Peyote)
- 3T Bar
- Elite Paron Race bottle cage
- ESI Grips grips
