Rider profile

Nathan Van Hooydonck joined BMC Racing Team in June 2017 after demonstrating his potential in the two and a half years he spent with BMC Development Team.

The Belgian neo-pro has multiple podium results at stage and one-day races on his palmares most notably a stage win at Ronde de l’Oise in 2016 as well as three wins in the first part of 2017 at Ingelmunster, Lierde, and Cham - Hagendorn.

Van Hooydonck also impressed in his Paris - Roubaix U23 in 2017 after he went on the attack on the iconic Carrefour de l’Arbre before narrowly missing out on a spot on the podium following a bunch sprint in the velodrome.

Van Hooydonck was also Belgian National U23 Road Race Champion in 2015 and Time Trial Champion in 2016.
