BMC Pro Triathlon Team

Team BMC Pro Tri

Long-distance triathlon is more than just a physical challenge. When they race half- and full-ironman races, athletes and coaches don't leave any stone unturned. And making sure the bike set-up is perfect is probably the most important part of a long-distance triathlon.

That's where our collaboration with the BMC Pro Tri comes into play, a partnership cemented in creating speed to make sure the team uses the best and fastest bikes the world has ever seen.

Not your average tri squad

Take 7 of the world's most prolific long-distance triathlon athletes. Lucy Buckingham, Kristian Høgenhaug, Chris Leiferman, Thor Bendix Madsen, Clément Mignon, Lucy Byram and Sam Dickinson. Add to that our industry-leading products and dedicated team support, and you get a team motivated to continue its legacy as a world leader.
Over one hundred fifty wins, including the Ironman World Championships, are proof of that concept.

A decade in the lead

Since 2014, we've been committed to the BMC Pro Tri team. From supplying the world's fastest bikes and our engineering and technical know-how, we're committed 1,000% and keen to always go the extra mile for the team.

Ultimately, we can only better understand their needs and stay at the cutting edge of cycling technology by working closely with them.

Aero is king

Racing long-distance triathlons means swimming 2-4 km, cycling for 90 to 180 km, and then running a half or full marathon on the back of it.

Aerodynamics plays a crucial role in gaining or losing a race for these distances. That's why these riders are the ultimate test bed for new engineering and performance designs and why their feedback is crucial for us to create speed.

Speedmachine is their beast of choice. The machine that will allow them to keep breaking course records and win world titles.
