Optimized tube shapes for improved braking performance.

Balanced ride feel, stiffness where necessary, yet compliant where desired.

7. No-Gap Seatclamp

8. D-Shaped Seat Post
Compliant due to its edged shape. Less material translates to less weight.

The integrated seatclamp lets the seat tube be shortened while the longer seat post lever increases compliance.

D-Shape Seatpost

The D-Shaped seat post, has been tuned to reach the desired compliance targets.

Dynamic Cablestop

The cable stops have been improved for cable durability.

ACE - Accelerated Composites Evolution Technology

Using our proprietary ACE technology we have digitally simulated each stage of the new Teammachine SLR frame development, computing thousands of virtual prototypes before physical molds would even be approved.

Asymmetric Design, form follows function

Asymmetric cross sections are required, by functional criteria in key sections of the frame, to achieve stiffness, weight and compliance targets.
