UCI Hour Record Program Schedule

5. February 2015 — Road Team

More than just an attempt at breaking the UCI Hour Record, the event on the 8th of February at the Velodrome Suisse in Grenchen, promises to entertain.

A busy line-up of events studded with BMC Racing Team stars promise to keep you entertained until the final showdown when Rohan Dennis' wheels start rolling on the boards at 14.00.

After a show training session from the Swiss National Track Team and the presentation of BMC's racing teams (including a special appearance of Julien Absalon, UCI XCO Mountain bike World Champion 2014) the Australian will begin the challenge at 14:00.

The starting gun will be fired by fellow Australian cyclist Cadel Evans (2011 Tour de France winner and 2009 World Champion) who placed 3rd at the Tour Down Under. This will be Evans' first official duty in his new role as ambassador for BMC Switzerland.
