Reto Indergand Runner-Up at EKZ Cup

In order to prepare for the final rounds of the Swiss Bike Cup and of the UCI Mountain Bike World Cup, Reto Indergand took part to the fifth round of the EKZ Cup in Eschenbach, Switzerland.

Indergand quickly found himself in the lead of the race with three other riders. After Marcel Wildhaber was dropped and Andri Frichknecht stopped in the tech zone to repair a flat tire two riders were left in the lead: Reto Indergand and Fabian Giger, vice European Champion. The later placed an attack in the last lap and rode to victory. Reto Indergand crossed the finish line in second place giving him confidence for the end of the season.
