Off the bike at the 2016 kick off

BMC Racing Team’s riders have spent a lot of time on the bike over the past eight days at the 2016 kick off in Denia, Spain. But that’s not all they’ve been doing.

The riders have been undergoing intensive testing off the bike, sitting down with management to discuss their future goals, and trying to rest as much as possible.

Yoga sessions in the morning and evening have allowed the riders to start and end the day on a good note. Of course, if the riders find a spare half an hour or so, you’ll find them at one place…the coffee bar.

Check out the short video below and hear what Tejay van Garderen and Greg Van Avermaet have to say about their time off the bike at the 2016 kick off.
