BMC Development Team have a busy week ahead with six riders lining up at IWT Jong Maar Moeding on Wednesday before Pavel Sivakov joins the the squad for back to back races at Omloop Het Nieuwsblad and Paris - Chauny.

Sport Director Klaas Lodewyck thinks that BMC Development Team is fielding a strong squad for the three races.

“There a multiple riders on the team who can go for the win at these races. We have many cards to play and everyone deserves the chance to go for a good result. Everyone is riding on a top level right now and we will head into the three race with the strength of the whole team behind us. I am confident that all the guys will put in good performances at each race and will give it their best to go for the win.”

After taking second place at the Dutch U23 Time Trial Championships last week, Pascal Eenkhoorn is feeling in good shape ahead of this block of racing.

“I went into Dutch Nationals fully recovered and feeling in good shape. I am riding well right now and I have a lot of power in my legs. I am feeling motivated for these races and we are definitely heading into these race with a really strong team. Everyone is capable of challenging for results.”

“It’s definitely going to be though with three races. We will have enough time between IWT Jong Maar Moeding and Omloop Het Nieuwsblad to recover 100 percent however I think we will feel it in our legs on Sunday for Paris - Chauny. That won’t stop us though from giving it everything at all three races to take any opportunities we have to go for the win.”
