BMC Development Team set to race Belgium on two occasions this week with a squad lining up at the one-day races, Zillebeke and Antwerpse Havenpijl.

Sports Director Klaas Lodewyck is confident in the six-rider squad lining up at both races.

“We are heading to both races with a motivated and ambitious team. Everyone on the squad is capable of riding for strong results and, as a team, we can go into the races confident in our abilities and targeting the win.”

After finishing third at last week’s Internatie Reningelst, Bram Welten is looking forward to racing again in Belgium.

“My legs were feeling good last week and I definitely think I am in strong form right now. I am happy with how I have been riding recently, both in training and at races, and I am really looking forward to getting this week underway. I think both of these race could suit me well so hopefully I will be able to go out and ride for another good result.”

Rider roster: Sam Dobbs (NZL), Zeke Mostov (USA), Martin Schäppi (SUI), Lukas Spengler (SUI), Nathan Van Hooydonck (BEL), Bram Welten (NED)
