More than a race bike

The BMC Fourstroke is one of the very few full-suspension 29er mountain bikes successfully used at the World Cup level. Julien Absalon won gold on this bike in the 2014 World XCO Championships. Its 29 inch wheels, in conjunction with BWC geometry, APS suspension, and high overall stiffness inspire so much confidence that the BMC Fourstroke is an incredibly fast and highly capable trail bike too. Perfect for those who aren't prepared to compromise.

Lightweight

Though the Fourstroke 01’s optimized carbon fiber design dances within the 2 kg frame weight barrier, its supremely light weight does not detract from the ride quality. BMC’s Advanced Pivot System (APS), specifically with our big wheel geometry, provides the perfect balance of comfort, control and efficiency.

Fast

Thanks to the Teamelite’s Big Wheel Concept (BWC) geometry, the bike feels stable yet nimble, letting you effortlessly charge a line through steep, technical single tracks. For high speeds, the bike’s low bottom bracket, long top tube, and relaxed head angle work together to keep the bike stable and its rider confident on the roughest trails.
