The "Gravel Trans Jura" is a unique Bikepacking experience that will take place for the first time from May 30 to June 5, 2024. The lovingly chosen route from Baden (AG) to Nyon (VD) crosses countless Jura ranges over some 400 kilometers, 11,000 meters of ascent and a maximum of six days, offers incredible panoramas and impressively shows off the unspoilt beauty of the Jura.
Whether it's luxurious hotel nights or nights on the camping mat and in the sleeping bag; it's all possible. Thanks to a detailed digital route map on a specially developed app, participants have a tool at their disposal that allows them to modify their own plans at any time, adapting them to daily conditions and their own state of mind. Riding the breathtakingly varied Gravel Trans Jura on muscle power alone, self-supported and with like-minded people, is synonymous with pure adventure.
The nature, weather conditions, encounters and experiences will be so varied that the result will be unforgettable and priceless memories. There are no fixed stages, it's not a race or a competition - the emphasis is solely on the experience! Participation in the Gravel Trans Jura is based on individuality. Nevertheless, a number of fixed points and services provide a framework that makes the Jura crossing a unique and ultimate bikepacking event in Europe.
