The trailfox TF01 and its aggressive enduro geometry; our BWC (Big Wheel Concept) at its best. Super short chainstays, a longer front end, a short stem and wide handlebars come as standard on the TF01. The cables are routed in the downtube and clamped against the frame at both extremities.

Confidence inspiring

The relaxed angles, low center of gravity, wide bars and short stem of the TF01 give you the control you need on steep, technical sections of trail, or at high speeds. The big wheels increase stability and offer better grip and rollover in technical sections of trail.

The short chain stays, short stem and low bottom bracket are the keys to the agility you experience on the trailfox. This agile feel, together with the sure-footedness of the big wheels allows you to own the terrain on a whole new level.

Crafty features

A clever internal cable-routing system allows any configuration you could wish for. Our proprietary chain management system is engineered to ensure you never drop a chain. A low standover height adds even more confidence, but we still found enough room for a piggy-back shock and bottle cage. For those who want to ride a single chain ring, the front mech mount can be removed and ISCG mounts to accommodate a chain guide. Because the mountain bike cockpit is so critical for the bike's input and handling, we developed our own handlebar as part of the Big Wheel Concept for the trailfox.

The Trailfox has an appetite for high speed and steep trails, blasting through rock gardens and railing loose corners.  It’s confidence inspiring, almost to a fault.
August 2014
This bike is a serious piece of racing equipment designed for high-level competition, as Bradford is proving. But its sweet-spot is wider than just enduro—the TrailFox is equally capable for endurance stage racing—Breck Epic, BC Bike Race, even La Ruta—events that involve punishing climbs and even more punishing descents.
August 2014
The TF01 is a new 29-inch version of a bike we’ve given great reviews to in the past. This one surpassed our already high expectations and lived up to BMC’s marketing hype.
July 2014
The trailfox TF01 slams through rough and rocky descents like a supercharged Humvee but, thanks to the feathery wheels and droppable fork, climbs as well as any 120mm bike I’ve tried.
June 2014
Descending on the Trailfox was a treat. Please excuse my hyperbole but the Trailfox is a “game changer” for the aggressive trail rider.
